How to Book a House

Simply tell us how many people are in your group and we will show you around our houses in the West End of Lincoln.

When you’ve found the right house we will reserve it for you for 24 hours during which time you will join us in our office to review the tenancy paperwork and sign the Agreement.  

Booking requirements

Each member of the group must provide the following

• Completed and signed Tenancy Application Form
• Signed Tenancy Agreement (one per group, signed by each person)
• Completed 'Letter of Guarantee' and proof of ID from your Guarantor
• Right-to-Rent proof (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/landlords-right-to-rent-checks-guide)
• Advance rent payment of £50 per person. Non refundable. (The weekly rent for each person per house excludes this initial advance rent payment). 

If any tenant fails to satisfy these requirements West End Student Properties Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking for the group.  The £50 advance rent will not be refunded.
